We expertly manage the casting process for multiple precious metals, including platinum and three varieties of gold: white, yellow, and rose, the latter available in three distinct tones. Each alloy is meticulously crafted to meet legal standards, ensuring consistency and quality at every step.
Gold is melted to create alloyed granules, divided into cylinders for further melting. The molten metal is poured into plaster molds, solidified, and released to form raw castings. Each casting undergoes rigorous quality checks, ensuring perfection at every step.
